Last updated 19 September 2026

This notice explains how Hexatra Technologies Ltd uses personal information you send through this website. It is written for people who contact us about a site, a partnership or a general enquiry.

Who we are

Hexatra Technologies Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15752755 and are based in Manchester.

Questions about this notice: info@hexatra.co.uk.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or the project enquiry form we collect the details you type in. That typically includes name, email address, enquiry type and message. The project form may also include company name, phone number, site location, site scale, timescale and any extra notes you add.

We do not run marketing or analytics cookies on this site. The host (Vercel) and email provider (Resend) may process technical logs such as IP address as part of delivering the website and sending mail. Those services act as processors for us.

Why we use it

We use the information to read your enquiry, reply, and continue the conversation if the work looks relevant. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send.

We do not use form submissions to add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your details.

Who sees it

Enquiries are emailed to Hexatra at info@hexatra.co.uk. A confirmation is sent to the address you provided. Mail is sent through Resend. We may share information with professional advisers or a contractor if that is needed to assess a specific enquiry, and only as far as that assessment requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to handle the request and any related follow-up, then delete or archive it in line with ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become an active project.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are not satisfied with how we handle your information. See ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and, where required, ask before setting non-essential cookies.
